Mary S. Sheppard

I was born in the Peruvian Andes and lived there, at over 12,000 feet, for many years - tracking the movement of the orbiting satellites and watching the thousands of stars twinkling in the clear, crisp nights. It may explain my fascination with everything space.

 

I also loved to read and developed a love of mysteries. My newest series is a cozy mystery set in the Central Valley in California.

I live in the Bay Area with a large number of my extended family  and with our leader, our cat. I continue writing about history and technology, and of course, science.
